Exactly 5 month ago without any winter prep- i thought fuck it let’s do it. No coach, no real diet, a pretty unstructured ChatGPT trainingsplan and max. 100m of continuous swimming was the starting point.
5 month with many why and what the hell am i doing in my mind & someone telling me it’s a stupid idea and i won’t make it kept me going.
Spending 100km in the pool, 4000km on the bike and 600km in the running shoes I had the confidence to make it to the finish line in case everything goes well. With the longest continuous swim ever, longest ride on a TT bike ever and the longest run i ever did- making it in 10:52h , exceeded even my goal of sub 12h by far.
Thanks everyone for the support the past few month, the people on site in CPH& all the messages - you know who you are 🫶🏻
