Arsenio Arrington National President, Top 5 Sports | Regional CEO, Top 5 Hoops Chicago Top 5 is proud to welcome back Arsenio Arrington, one of the organization’s original founders, as our National President and Regional CEO of Top 5 Sports Chicago. Arsenio has been part of the Top 5 family since its early days, serving as the Commissioner of Top 5 Runs during the launch of our original brand in 2022. His leadership, vision, and commitment helped establish the culture and competitive standard that continues to define Top 5 Sports today. A professional basketball player and accomplished coach, Arsenio brings more than eight years of experience in athlete development, coaching, leadership, and organizational growth. He has served as a training facility co-owner, skills trainer, head coach, program director, and mentor, developing athletes from the youth level through collegiate competition. He currently continues his professional playing career with the New York Phoenix, bringing active professional experience and leadership to the organization. As a player, Arsenio has earned numerous honors throughout his collegiate and professional career, including NAIA Third Team All-American, All-WHAC First Team, WHAC All-Defensive Team (2017 & 2018), NJCAA Defensive First Team, NABL Champion, NABL All-Diamonds First Team, and recognition on the Eurobasket Top Performers List. As National President, Arsenio oversees the strategic growth, operations, and organizational excellence of Top 5 Sports nationwide. As Regional CEO of Top 5 Sports Chicago, he leads the expansion of the Chicago region by developing athletes, supporting coaches, building community partnerships, and creating new opportunities for the next generation. His return marks a new era for Top 5 Sports as we continue building a national movement dedicated to developing champions on and off the court through leadership, education, competition and service taken in Chicago, IL by @top5hoops

Harper Crook - Olpe A little over a year with Harper and the growth speaks for itself. She first came to us wanting to tighten her handle and build her overall game and she’s done that and more. The confidence, the skill, the way she carries herself… it’s different now. But what stands out most isn’t just the progress on the court, it’s who she is off it. Always bringing energy, always smiling, always being a great teammate. The kind of kid you genuinely enjoy being around. Grateful to coach her, but even more grateful to call her family. What a powerful morning!! TOGETHER WE IMPACTED We had well over 100 volunteers cycle through from 8 AM – 2 PM. That kind of turnout says everything about our community . Huge thank you to everyone who showed up and put in work. Special appreciation to Mayor Zachary Clayton for helping bring this together and leading from the front, we see you and we’re grateful. Shoutout to all the volunteers who pulled up and made an impact, including the OU men’s and women’s teams, women’s flag, softball, men’s volleyball, and everyone else who stepped in where needed. Big love to Mr. Tim and Finch for holding it down on the grill and keeping the energy right with the music. And to our Top 5 kids, this matters. What you did for YOUR community today is something you’ll carry with you forever. You weren’t just present… you were part of the impact. This is what it’s about. This is Ubuntu.
