So for the last week I’ve been injecting BPC-157 and TB-500 together which is more commonly known as the “the Wolverine stack”. I had ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair in June 2024 and it had never properly healed and even through gym work and plyometrics it had plateaued to the point where I haven’t been able to run properly let alone sprint since surgery. Lately I reinjured the same knee by simply jogging on grass and haven’t been able to hold weight on it going down stairs or any knees over toes movement. After doing extensive research and getting over the fact of not liking injections 😂 I’ve found a reliable source with lab test on all peptides, I’ve been pinning myself in the mornings and 7days after starting the protocol I spent all Sunday running around in the bush and scrambling up and down clay slippery banks and kneeling and squatting. Today, the day after being in the bush my knee feels great with no swelling whatsoever and in all honesty, feels like a miracle has happened and the results and recovery speak for themselves imo. If anybody has any questions please feel free to ask and I’ll try my best to answer!! I’m 7 days into a 20day cycle btw so still VERY early days

TROY BOURKE • BJJ BROWNBELT • Congratulations to the big man Troy on receiving his BJJ Brownbelt tonight. Hugely emotional week with Troy’s original Professor @damian_smith_nz passing away, but what a way to also honour his legacy and impact on all of us. Troy shares many of the same qualities as Damo - kind, friendly, humble and technical with his BJJ. It’s been a pleasure to have you here on the team. Congratulations!
