Happy 10th Anniversary to my amazing wife! 10 years of crazy adventures and many more to come, we’ll make sure of it. I love you so much xx by @topangarider

Well what a few months that was! Finally back down to earth after hosting The @thetourofbritain Stage 1 in Lincoln. So good to see cycling bring the city to life! Definitely something different to the day job but feeling privileged to have been asked to organise, and also to work with so many great people at @lincolnshirecc @lincolncouncil and @britishcycling So grateful for all your hard work! And of course huge thanks to @kezbezround for being patient with me and holding the fort (because school hols aren’t tricky enough!) Time now to get back to the day job! Well, after a few cheeky days in Girona on the bike 😉👍 by @topangarider

Out on the C2C2C ride today checking out some of Lincolnshire’s finest roads…..the same as those being used for the @thetourofbritain in September! #TOBLincs #itstartshere @studio_optic_uk @koi.diaries by @topangarider

So today was what the last 126 days of training have led up to; the Trent Valley ultramarathon. So proud of all our friends who took part and those they came out to cheer us on; so good to see everyone! Special kudos to the rents for turning out and marshalling! No surprises the Scottish bikepacking trip last weekend wasn’t the ideal taper, the quad pain cam back with vengeance at mile 18! But most of all, super proud of my mega wife @kezbezround without who none of this would be possible! Keeps us all in line and makes sure we have the slots to do our training in; extra glass of wine tonight! Love you Kerry xx Now, where are my cycling shoes….? by @topangarider

Norfolk Gravel Day 2!! Great day! Soggy start so a little delay and a cheeky coffee and croissant stop. Then we hit the Marriott Way and Weaver Way for some ‘fast’ gravel! A few Norfolk lanes led us to chips! Then we hit the broads proper; very muggy and rough. We worked up a thirst, so there was only one thing for it!! @hdbrewery @os80rne by @topangarider

Norfolk Gravel trip day 1; drove down to Norwich and just a steady 25 miles today. The high heat meant we had to take in fluids half way! @alldaybrewing Great little camp spot tonight before a longer day to Reedham tomorrow by @topangarider

Great fun this evening introducing mum @lynn.round to a spot of open water swimming! Lovely water temperature and the sun came out too! Shout out to the ace team at @activitiesawaylincoln for being so welcoming! Blessed to have the lake on our doorstep! Same time next week mum?! by @topangarider
