❗️Transparent moment… My story❗️

I am an Ivy League graduate of Cornell University. I graduated early at the top of my class with an economics major in 2005. At the age of 21 I quit Wall Street in NYC to start my own real estate investing business.

During my start in 2006 I made some great money, but then the crash of 2008 happen. Next thing I know, I had no money, no income, a foreclosure, bad credit and I even filed for bankruptcy. That was a hard period for me, but all those hardships taught me priceless lessons. I never gave up on myself. I eventually took those hard lessons and developed God sent strategies that took me from $0 to millions.

Now it’s my duty to help and bless others with this knowledge God blessed me with.

The surge is high interest rates is blowing up commercial real estate deals and current owners of commercial real estate looking to refi are also in trouble.

These high rates are increasing the monthly payments of these deals which is causing major problems for viability of ownership in the space. As a result, deals have to be renegotiated or let go of completely.

Let’s see what happens and how these owners adjust to these challenging times.

Even in the Holy Bible jealousy and envy is one of the 7 deadly sins. You are hurting yourself thinking putting down others is going to do something for you.

Rally around your friends and peers to cheer them on, not to break them down. Hating on others is only going to compromise your own achievements.

The trick to winning in a down market is buy low. If you wait on the market to get better the housing prices also get “better” which means prices increase! You make the most off buying low and selling high.

Those that sit on the sidelines miss out on opportunities of a lifetime.
