As The Rock said in one of his commercials:” I put all the stress, anxieties and fears on the barbell during my workout and then I do it again tomorrow.” These 600 visits to the gym in the last almost 2 years has taught me a lot about myself. About the man In becoming. Many times during my workout I felt the pain and wanted to quit but I kept going because it’s me vs me. Facing my demons which are mostly my regrets and my past living it all in the gym and never giving up. See you guys at 700 check ins. 💪💪💪 #gymrat #nevergiveup #explorepage by @topgpowerbuilder_solutions

Weight loss as I have always said is never a linear journey. These photos in the back popped up on flashback Facebook feed. Today 2 years ago I was that size. Around 330- 340 I used to wear looser clothes cause I hated how I looked. But I am also glad I took these photos for progress post like this one. The photo in the green was taking today currently sitting at 289 pounds. It’s been a grind for her back to this weight but we are pushing. It’s Halloween Season so I’m doing Halloween style workouts such as Super Hero Jacked Michael Myers and Jason Vorhees workout. But we’re going to keep pushing. The road to 240 is long but worth it. See you guys in a couple of weeks with an update!! #gymmotivation #weightlossmotivation #halloween #explorepages by @topgpowerbuilder_solutions

This week I started Operation Great ☝️ which is me cutting down to 240 pounds. Right now I’m sitting at 295. I was 311 couple of weeks ago. This will be a 15- month journey or so to get my body back and to finish what I started over 2.5 years ago. Upping my protein 200-250g of a day I’ve been pretty dialed in the last few days. So it begins!!! #blackadamtraining⚡️ #ɢʏᴍʀᴀᴛ #explorepage by @topgpowerbuilder_solutions
