It is extremely important to stay in great physical condition with a solid amount of muscle mass and also keep relatively lean..

here are a few reasons why I choose to stay in great physical shape

• Maintaining physical fitness has numerous benefits for mental and physical well-being
• Regular exercise can reduce the risk of chronic diseases and improve cardiovascular and immune system health
• Exercise releases chemicals that improve mood, reduce stress and anxiety
• Increased energy levels and improved sleep quality can enhance productivity and focus
• Being in good physical shape can increase longevity and overall quality of life
• Improved self-confidence and self-esteem can result from being in good physical shape

If the devil wants your soul, take him into deep waters and drown him in the name of Christ.

Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit; both now and ever, and unto the ages of ages. Amen.

Do justice to the afflicted and needy.

Unworthily venerating and giving honour to the icon of the Most Holy Theotokos, the miracle-working icon of the Softener of Evil Hearts, alongside my brother in Christ, @topspasojev

What a blessings and thank God for allowing this moment for second time now.

May the Most Holy Theotokos intercede for us, protect us, and lead us all closer to her Son, our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

May the Holy Theotokos save us all.

Glory to God for all things.

On Friday evening, a few brothers from the Athonite Guard and I had the blessing of attending the Akathist service at St Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church in Fairfield, which also featured the visitation of the miraculous icon of the Most Holy Theotokos, “Softener of Evil Hearts.”

What a beautiful and blessed evening it was indeed. A few of us brothers have now had the great privilege of venerating this miracle-working icon twice. Glory to God for this blessing!

A heartfelt thank you to Father Nikita for welcoming us and allowing us to share in such a beautiful evening of prayer and veneration. May Christ our God continue to bless you, strengthen you, and grant you many years in your ministry and service to His Holy Church.

Glory to God for all things!
Most Holy Theotokos, save us!
