POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Somewhere along the way, "community" started meaning a Discord server and a few Slack channels. Useful, sure. But not the whole story.

Our Phoenix vlog is live on YouTube today, and one of our members said something in it that stuck with us: "We need to get back to actually building community. Showing up in person, in the room, in front of people, not just online."

That's not the easy path. It's slower, it takes more effort, and it doesn't scale the way a post does. But it's also the thing most companies stopped doing, which is exactly why it matters. That's the gap between us and everyone else claiming to "care about community."

Community isn’t just a word, it’s a feeling.

It’s the people who come back, the conversations that pick up where they left off, and the space that makes it easier to show up as you are.

A conference is no longer just about meeting people. it’s about recognizing them, building trust, and turning moments into something that actually lasts.

This is what happens when community moves beyond the screen.

If you get laid off, start here 👇

1. Pick the companies you actually want to work for and the kind of projects you want to work on.
2. Figure out what those companies need, make your search about them, not you. Employers care about what you can do for them.

And none of this has to wait for a layoff. Start now, even if your job feels safe 💙

"Everything feels intentional."💙

A community member told us they keep wanting to stay on the site after they've done what they came for. We'll take that as the highest compliment.

we built our platform for devs who are tired of 400 tabs and job boards that feel like an afterthought. Matched roles, a community hub, and nothing unnecessary in the way.

The dev workflow that works when you're not at your desk 👇

step 1: use Chatgpt on your phone to research, look at examples, and figure out your approach while you're away.

step 2: sit down, open cursor, and give it exact instructions.

By the time you're back at your desk, the thinking is already done.

What's your go-to tool right now? tell us below 💙
