The Korean Dakgangjeong's meaning is
Dak = Chicken
Gangjeong = Snack

This is one of Korean street food
When you go to Korean traditional market

What is the difference between
Fried chicken?

Dakgangjeong is only use boneless drumettes,
sweeter, nice coated, nice crunchy as well

When it's cool down still crispy and nice flavour

Also I prepare two flavour,
-Sweet and Sour
-Honey Garlic Soy

I know, Torchy didn’t have chips.
Instead, we served hash bites as a side.
The reason we didn’t offer chips was simple — you can get them anywhere.

We wanted to create something that was uniquely Torchy.

After a lot of experimenting, we turned Korean fish cake into crispy chips and topped them with our very own Snowing Onion Seasoning. 🧅✨

Went to Luna Bite Market and it just keeps getting better❤️‍🔥

One of the newer markets but it is growing fast.
More stalls every time and the vibe is so good.

Crispy, juicy, and the owner was super friendly too.
