Spent the day with @hormozi on Monday unlocking @modephotouk to create a better version of it.

If I can summarise everything into 5 high level points it would be this…

*Do significantly more volume of what works*
If door knocking is your best performing lead gen, knock on more doors. Volume solves most problems.

*Focus all time on the current constraint in the business*
Can’t handle the volume of leads? Grow your sales team.
Not getting enough leads? Focus on marketing.

*Increase your pricing/fees*
Stop price matching the market. If you’re the best, prove why and charge accordingly.

*Remove the worst employee*
The worst person determines the minimum standard.

*Live by scripts and VSL funnels*
Interact with every prospect following a proven process. Use testimonials before every initial interaction.

*Bonus point*
Feedback is positive, not negative. It promotes growth and provides clarity. Give it instantly and move on.

Stop focusing on the noise, your website, your social media pages, how many followers/views you have, your new bright idea, your side business.

Focus on these 5 things and you will win. Consistency beats perfection.

Increase value. Reduce risk. Speed up results.

We even hit the gym at the end of the day so I could teach him bicep curls. He appreciated the advice. by @toren_mode

What a night! ✨

We had such a brilliant evening at the Beresfords Property Dinner 2026, and were incredibly proud to support the event as Gold Sponsors. 🥂

A fantastic night spent catching up with familiar faces, meeting new ones and celebrating the property industry — all while supporting the amazing Essex & Herts Air Ambulance. 🚁

A huge thank you to the Beresfords team for putting on such a memorable evening. Until next year! 🖤 by @toren_mode

The World Cup is here and we’re swapping our Mode tees for @england shirts!

If we hit 1000 5* google reviews by the final whistle of the World Cup, I will do whatever the top comment says.

Leave your comment below for what you want to see 🎤

Pls keep it PG 😂 by @toren_mode

When you challenge the @modephotouk team to get 600 5* reviews by the end of the day, then everyone would get an England shirt for the World Cup… and they bring it home, 30 england shirts later 🦁

Stay tuned for the next review challenge dropping this week 👀 by @toren_mode
