As the Growth Lead @panta_hq, I was opportune to speak at the @superteamng in Uyo

I spoke about how prediction markets can become localized intelligence networks that capture the conviction and insights of communities.

Exactly one month ago, I gave my first TEDx talk at the Federal University of Technology, Owerri. (FUTO)

One of the ideas I shared was the A.D.A.P.T Framework:

A — Accept the confusion: everyone is just as confused as you are 👀
D — Decide to start small, not perfect: kill the need to get it right at first. Done is better than perfect.
A — Act even when you’re unsure: confidence is overrated.
P — Process failure differently: treat failure as information.
T — Try again: you failed? Try again differently.

My first time in Dubai felt like stepping into another world.

I was there in April for Token2049, one of the biggest Web3 and blockchain events in the world.

The environment, the people, the culture, the lifestyle, and the conversations made it an experience I won’t forget anytime soon.

Being there changed my perspective on so many things.

Sometimes all you need is a new environment to see life differently. by @toria_dickson_

It’s amazing, 3 years ago I was just a newbie myself in the web3 and blockchain industry.

Today, I have taught and spoken in different capacities across different topics and conversations in the same industry.

Amazing what time can do. There’s still much more to be done.

Thank you @womenindefi_org for having me for the second time this year as a mentor. 🫶🏻 by @toria_dickson_

There is a special kind of patience it takes to guide beginners.

It’s breaking down blockchain without the buzzwords, staying back after class to debug, and celebrating every small win like it’s a mainnet launch.

To our incredible mentors of Intro to Web3 Squad 5.0, thank you for showing up with so much passion, clarity, and heart.

Thank you for the late nights, the simplified explanations, the honest feedback, and for making Web3 feel less intimidating and more possible.

You didn’t just teach us Web3, you taught us how to learn Web3.

Thank you, @jhon_babs
