A few months ago I was in my first aerial production since before my dad passed away. It has been a tough few years and I had been feeling unmotivated and discouraged in myself artistically and physically. Last July I slowly started back in the studio training again and pushed myself to try and audition in December. I didn’t feel near enough ready to be apart of a show after taking years off, but I got a part and there’s not a better way to get back into shape than jump into rehearsing!

It was an emotional first night back on the stage performing my act with my fellow fairies that I dedicated to my dad because he loved the aerial shows- and I am so extremely grateful for all of my family and friends that came to the show to support me. It meant the absolute world to me. I had so much adrenaline and happiness the entire weekend and it truly felt wonderful and natural to be back. Thank you Megan, Jessica & Emma for welcoming me back with open arms and for Gravity always having a safe, loving and judgement free environment for people to train and express themselves. ❤️

My first time performing in the new theatre at @cleodance! So beautiful
