I had no idea how to take care of my daughter’s curls… and that broke my heart.

Her hair is completely different from mine. Different texture, different curl pattern, different needs. And if I’m being honest, it’s been a journey trying to figure out what actually works best for her. That’s the real reason I booked these appointments at @washdayphl — more for her than for me.

I wanted to truly understand her curls so I can take care of them the right way and help her grow up loving her hair, not feeling frustrated by it.
