Feeling incredibly grateful to be recognized as a 2026 VERIS Executive Club recipient. ✨🏡

While this recognition is tied to numbers on paper, what it truly represents are the people behind them. The clients who trusted me with one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, the referral partners who continue to cheer me on, and the family, friends, and community who support me every step of the way.

This business has never been about transactions for me. It’s about relationships, education, and helping people feel confident in their next chapter. To be recognized alongside so many talented professionals in our industry is something I don’t take lightly.

Mortgage language, translated 🤝

Your amortization helps determine both your regular payments and how much interest you’ll pay over time. Longer can mean lower payments, while shorter can mean paying less interest overall.

If you’ve built up enough equity, your mortgage can include an advance for the funds you need now, plus a line of credit you can access as needed later.
