What this business builds in you (that no salary job ever will):

1. You’ll get cussed out by strangers — and learn that other people’s reactions were never about you. That skill alone is worth the license.

2. Appointments will ghost you — and you’ll learn to let the next dial matter more than the last one. That’s emotional discipline most people never develop.

3. You’ll watch people say no to protecting their family — and learn you can’t want it more than they do. That’s the day you stop chasing and start leading.

4. You’ll deliver hard news to people who got declined — and become someone who can handle heavy conversations with grace. Most people run from those their whole life.

5. You’ll learn what “later” really costs — and you’ll never treat your own life like a rough draft again.

6. The “let me talk to my spouse” that never calls back — teaches you to get the whole truth on the phone the first time. That’s a skill you’ll use everywhere.

7. A chargeback will claw back money you already spent — and teach you to manage money like an owner, not an employee.

8. You’ll have a huge week, then a zero week — and learn to be the same person through both. That’s the rarest trait in sales.

9. People will ask if “that pyramid thing” is working out — and you’ll learn to let results answer for you. Quietly. On payday.

Some would say “well that doesn’t look like work”

I get it! We all get together, we dress nice, smile big and are having fun, even a few celebratory drinks in hand, right?

What these photos don’t reveal is every speaker who showed up and poured value into the room, every side bar conversation picking up the next golden nugget from another agent or agency owner, every word of life and encouragement spoken into a new agent or new member of the team to pull them one arms-length closer, so they know with conviction they have others fighting for them in their corner.

The right room will change you.

There’s something really powerful about being around women who genuinely want to see each other win. Women you can share an idea with and they immediately start adding to it. Women who celebrate your wins without making them smaller and push you when they know you’re capable of more.

I’ve learned that who you surround yourself with matters a lot more than people think.

Find women who are building something too. It makes the whole thing a lot more fun.

Staying comfortable is a bet too. You’re just betting against yourself.

Everybody thinks staying put is the safe move. Same job, same ceiling, same paycheck that’s gone before the month is.

That’s not safe. That’s just a risk that doesn’t feel like one yet. You’re betting your best years that “comfortable” won’t turn into “stuck.” It always does.

And no, the people winning aren’t fearless. They make the calls scared. They start scared. They just figured out you don’t get to opt out of risk… you only get to pick which one.

So pick the bet where you own the upside. Be obsessed. Let it look crazy for a few years so your life looks different for the rest of them.

You can’t stay the same and expect a different result.

The dirty secret is that almost anyone can get into this business. A few weeks, a test, a license. That’s it.

The part nobody says out loud is that the same thing that makes it easy to get in makes it easy to leave. Most people are gone by month three. Not because they weren’t smart enough.. but because nobody warned them the license was the easy part.

I’m still here. Some days barely lol. But still here.
