I'm Entering Chapter 37 later this week and it has had me in my feelings in all the ways. I spent my 20s surviving, most of my 30s healing. I want to finish this decade LIVING & raising this lil human @skyyybeenlitt to believe she can conquer anything! by @torityson

No validation just work! Stay in the gym @skyyybeenlitt but all seasons deserve recognition! Mid way thru this spring season we put Sky on an 8th grade team for what we both thought would just be reps & good practices! Watching her compete for quality minutes, make adjustments, and learning the plays on the fly!

Watching her in this role has been my fav as a college coach! This season she had to navigate doubt, and trust her work. That's the real stuff!

Keep growing bíta ♥️ by @torityson
