Boxing changed me

It taught me to face my fears head on instead of running from them.

To fight through the moments I wanted to quit.

To never give up, whether it’s on the bag, and everywhere else in life.

That feeling doesn’t only come from boxing. It could be a heavy squat. A 1:1 session that pushes you past what you thought you could do. A Pilates class that humbles you. A bootcamp that breaks you down so you can build back up.

It’s not about the method. It’s about finding the thing that teaches you who you really are.

I found mine. Now I want to help you find yours. by @torklebee
