JAPAN 🇯🇵

How do I even begin to put into words the past two months in Japan. Do I begin with the memories? the food? The Family Mart? the bars? the vibes?

No, what truly moved me the most were the beautiful people that live here. They accepted me into their country with kindness, warmth, patience when I needed google translate, and so many arigatō gozaimasu’s! A country that lives in a WE mentality not a ME mentality. From the INCREDIBLE people I worked with, to the cocktail bartenders (iykyk), to random strangers on the street-this will be something I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

Japan…you have made a way into this heart of mine so deeply and I am going home so full. I LOVE YOU! Arigatō gozaimasu 🫰🏼🇯🇵🥹 by @tornsy18

Opened “The Full Monty” in Tokyo this week! My favorite person was in the audience and I get to share the stage with some really talented/beautiful people. Gratitude overflowing. 🫰🏼🇯🇵 by @tornsy18

Started July in NY, took a pit stop in LA, and landed in Japan. 🗽-> 🎥 -> 🇯🇵 by @tornsy18

another year around the sun and the final one of my thirties…wild!
This past year has had me on a JOURNEY with my identity, and who I am anymore within this business of performing and life.

Beyond grateful for the brilliance of @theethancarlson who responded to my crazy text of doing a shoot to help me find myself again.

Here’s to another year of growing, learning and thriving!

Broadway. Babies. Besties. and Babes. Some glimmers of life 🩷✨ by @tornsy18

Last night I had the pleasure of representing a new musical called @lighthouse_the_musical written by @abs.wilson2 and @veronica_mansour . Thank you both for trusting me on this beautiful song. And thank you to @brianrcarey for always playing the piano insanely good for me. Here’s a little bit of the song to share. 🩷 by @tornsy18
