Bella Is on her way to the next Gran Fondo Hincapie this week in Bangor, Maine! She has picked up some key knowledge to fueling properly on the bike and thanks to @thefeedme & @torqusa , she is taking her fueling up a level too!   The last few months Bella has logged the miles in preparation for Gran Fondo Hincapie-Bangor and as her rides have gotten longer and more intense she has needed to take in proper fuel to keep her riding strong. Bella is equipped with Torq Bars and Gels which contain 30 grams of carbohydrates each and the five key electrolytes (sodium, chloride, magnesium, potassium, and calcium) creating the “Torq Unit.” Bella can now focus on her training instead of calculating what or when to eat. @xc_nps_uk R5 the series finale at Margam Park! Was coming into the race with this as an A goal race and it didn’t disappoint with a mega climbing course with very sketch loose descents meant for tough racing! Really pleased to end the national season with the best result I’ve had in expert cat with a 12th place. The journey towards the top 10 continues! Now focussing on the final south west series races coming in August and first the @3six12_mtb 12 hour team!
