What an honor it was to be selected by my peers to speak at our @emergeamerica graduation. This experience is something I do not take lightly. These women care deeply about their communities and my cup is overflowing with hope and inspiration…especially after so many Emerge women won in several recent elections. 💙

Year 32 was one of the most challenging years I’ve faced. I lost my close friend, Chelsea, and changed careers (again). I had to come to terms with a lot of hard truths about life, love, and my past. This was a transition year and one that taught me the value of my voice, my intuition, and my faith. I accomplished so much even in difficult circumstances and for that, I am so proud and thankful for my circle and my God. Year 33 is about flipping tables and getting into some good trouble! ❤️

Thank you to @kore.nashville for being my favorite restaurant in town & to the two women that make that place so special, my friends, @londononkeys & @kensington1016 !

For years, I prayed for discernment and guidance believing that my path, though far more complicated than many of my peers, would show itself. Patiently, I waited for an opportunity to be challenged and to learn. I am so grateful to finally be seeing the fruits of my labor and prayers pay off. @emergeamerica & @emerge_tn - you have changed my life. To the women of Emerge- you are phenomenal. I am so proud to be associated with some of the most inspiring female leaders I’ve ever met and to have this network that spreads all across the country. Where women are, change is sure to follow.

A huge thank you to @terryvofornashville for introducing me to this program and to all the leaders that selflessly gave their time and knowledge to make this happen.

You can’t vote for me…yet, but I firmly believe that day will come. Until then, I will continue advocating, learning, researching, and getting involved in my community. 💙
