The modern world is… loud. I prefer the quiet of the halls where history still has a sharp edge.

My name is Thomas. Some call me an executioner, but I consider myself a «historical justice consultant.» I’ve returned to the museum to ensure the stories of the past are told with the precision they deserve.

Watch the full introduction to meet the man behind the hood. And don’t ask about birthday parties - unless you’re prepared for a very different kind of celebration. 👇 by @torture_museum

Pumpkin Fest is officially open. 🎃🪓 Carve a pumpkin, post it in your Stories and tag @torture_museum. Medieval and creepy designs get extra respect from the executioner, and I’ve seen worse than your first attempt, so don’t stress.
The three works with the most reactions on our reposts win:

🥇 Hoodie + signature mug
🥈 T-shirt + signature mug
🥉 T-shirt

How to enter:
1. Carve your pumpkin
2. Post it in Stories and tag @torture_museum (public account, so we can repost you)
3. Collect those reactions

Open Oct 15 – Oct 31, 11:59 PM. Winners announced in Stories on Nov 2. One entry per person prizes ship within the US only. by @torture_museum

WEIGHING IN ON SPOOKY SEASON 🎃⚖️

Got invited to the Medieval Torture Museum in Hollywood and brought my boy along for a little history lesson.

Some genuinely disturbing stuff in there. Some freaky stuff too. 💀

Interactive exhibits, plenty of photo ops, and a reminder to thank God we weren’t born in medieval Europe.

St. Bartholomew, St. Joan of Arc, and St. Lawrence, pray for us. 🙏

Big thanks to @torture_museum for having us!

Be honest, we all wanted a cat like Salem growing up. Sarcastic, judgmental, and somehow in on every secret in the house. 🐈‍⬛

Back then you’d have been burned for it. Today you just get a sweater and a name like Mr. Whiskers. Share photos of your cats in the comments. I’ll be reviewing them very seriously. by @torture_museum

Netflix loves a cinematic story. Dramatic lighting, a perfect villain, a twist in every episode. 🎬 But real history is messier, and nobody knows that better than the guy who works in a torture museum. 🪓

Have you watched the series yet? What else do you think they got wrong? Tell me in the comments. by @torture_museum

Alright, let’s see what October has planned for you 🖤🔮

Forget your app - this is the only horoscope you can actually trust: the medieval one. Send this to the friend who’s already three costumes deep into indecision. by @torture_museum
