To the most adventurous, funniest, coolest and smartest person I know. Gregory Peter Cooke. Dad. You left an impact every single place you went and in every person you met. You always had something to say, usually a joke or something strangely philosophical, occasionally something that just made no sense at all, you were an og professional ragebaiter and damn did you do it well. You never took shit from anybody and would throw hands regularly to fight for your cause (I remember you literally pulling someone from their car window cause they littered) You loved history and anything about any war or conflict ever, like you had so many niche interests you could be friends with anyone. He was insanely well travelled, specifically throughout Mexico, where he took my sister and I multiple times. He did some pretty crazy shit I cannot lie I could go on and on forever about you. From panhandling in Victoria, BC to pay rent with his friends at 17, to earning well im actually not sure how much a year but definitely enough haha, he has certainly lived a very full and interesting life, trust me he wishes he could be back in Victoria it seems it was the best time ever he mentioned it often. I don’t really want to stop writing, I hope people never stop asking about you, I cannot believe you are gone. I love you so much dad and I will take everywhere with me in heart, mind, and soul. I am so proud to be your daughter. I will miss you forever and always. I love you❤️ 🕊️
