pinch me! got to speak at @harvardhbs last week to a room full of MBA students (on the same day as @alixearle no less!) what a full circle moment.

we talked about how AI is reshaping the PM role in two pretty distinct ways. first, the obvious one – productivity. new tools are changing how we manage projects, run workflows, and handle the everyday stuff. but the bigger shift is what we’re actually being asked to do now. PMs are going back to our roots as operators and builders. we’re prototyping with AI, running our own data analysis, doing customer and market research without waiting on other teams.

the job is expanding, and fast.

so grateful to have been in that room. if you’re a PM not paying attention to this right now, the time is genuinely now. thank you for having me @professorkrl & @harvardhbs ! taken in Harvard Business School by @tory.trombley

musée d’orsay has always been my favorite ever since I came to Paris as a teenager ❤️

if you’ve made it this far, have to tell you about this museum. monet literally built these rooms himself for these paintings. they’re absurdly beautiful. it’s so interesting how people (and ours) experience with the art though is now about taking photos of yourself WITH it. instead of appreciating the art alone. it’s obviously more self interested but also interesting how we’re more interested in art when humans are involved. kinda beautiful in a way
