This is one of those projects that just felt like it had to happen. The fair in Sayulita is my favorite time of year 😍. @rocruzzzzz and I recently moved here, and I wanted to capture what it feels like to be in the middle of all the Sayu magic.

Grateful to have made this piece with a crew of friends and creatives who also call this place home (at least most of the year). It’s personal, and I’m really proud of it. It was also really cool to direct the VO in Spanish (something new for me :))

Shot this on a whim! Like truly…everything happened in the same-day. Texted everyone in the morning and photographed it at sunset. Love a good back story… so here it is.

Our photog @toryrust ran into @harleyjadewalker walking through the jungle in Sayulita a, gave her a ride on the golf cart into town and then a few weeks later, the day before Harley was heading back to NYC we threw this together and of course looped in @ambermchandler to help us pull a quick concept out of thin air.

@effybetancourt let us pull some amazing vintage from her store in Sayulita @kmcerovintage and suddenly we had a rack of vintage to play with.

The rain was rolling in but we went for it anyway!

No plan, two hours to shoot, just a bunch of yeses, tacos, the Sayulita sunset and perfect timing ✨
