Beauty of the final product VS the work that no one saw

Testing, trying and making mental notes on the work that’s in the making is never ending. My camera roll has way more of videos in taken in the dressing room while preparing than from actual performances and shows. In order to put out things that Im happy with, there must be endless amounts of videos that no one but me understands. Sharing with you one of my favorite works so far for @ilaisarai and a bit of what was the first stage of it taken in Dubai,UAE by @toshiceva

Dubai has incredible dancers. Truly incredible.
But can someone tell me where the scene is? Asking for a friend 🧐
Events, dinner shows, the entertainment-thriving and stronger than anywhere else on the globe.

But what I want the is stages. The companies. Crowd who show up for the art, not the ambiance. And our audience have that appetite for the art, that’s for sure

Are we building that or are we all just waiting for someone else to do it first?

In school we studied Bolshoi — listened, watched, read. Later I imagined it. A place carrying the history of ballet and performing arts for centuries. Tonight, witnessing that artistry in person…I cried. Best part was sharing this with my person. I will cherish this night forever 💫❤️ taken in Большой театр by @toshiceva

This one’s still sinking in. So proud of what we created — a full show, start to finish, that came together exactly how I imagined. Honestly felt proud even before we hit the stage, and then the costumes and lights just added another layer of greatness. Thank you @craigarnolds_official for being the backbone backstage and holding the whole show together — and @itsmusa_official for the choreography that made this lineup so good. My dancers…this would be impossible without ur selfless commitment and love!
