Every time I look back I'm amazed at the weightloss, the musclegrowth/gain, beauty and happiness that has come with my journey over these 3 years! I wouldn't want it any other way 🥰.

12 weeks of hard work, growth, and dedication, and I can proudly say I’m officially a Coach at Providence Fit Body Boot Camp! 💪🏾🔥

This journey has been such a powerful experience. I’ve pushed myself, learned so much, and stepped into a version of me I am really proud of and what truly made this experience unforgettable were the amazing mentors/teammates who guided, supported, and believed in me every step of the way. They challenged me to lead with confidence, move with purpose, and bring the same energy I give in every session. I'm beyond grateful for my team for believing in me, challenging me, and showing me what real leadership and heart looks like.

Now, I get to pour that same passion and positivity into every workout I coach. Helping others feel stronger, lighter, and more confident from the inside out.💕

If you’ve been thinking about trying something new or just want to move, vibe, and have fun while working hard, come join me for a 30 minute HIIT session at Providence Fit Body Boot Camp! You’ll leave with good energy and a reminder of what you’re capable of! 🙌🏾

When it comes to stretching, and exercising don't get me wrong. I will do my routine movements… But after that, that's when we start free styling for sure 😂
