Brand-New Player Development “Player’s Choice Nights” As part of the transition away from traditional classes, we are excited to introduce Player’s Choice Nights starting this spring season! These open-house style training sessions will be held on Monday and Friday evenings at TDP- Baton Rouge, offering players more flexibility to focus on areas they feel need improvement. Our goal on these nights is to provide players with an environment they can control. We want to avoid players being pigeon-holed into choosing from specific classes that may not fit their individual needs. By allowing athletes to select their focus, we aim to create a more personalized experience. 5:30-6:30 – Session 1 6:30-7:30 – Session 2 7:30-8:30 – Session 3 How It Works: You sign up for a session based on availability. You choose where you want to focus: Hitting, Infield Play, Outfield Play, Catcher Play. The training environment will be player-driven, meaning the player decides what they want to work on! Sign-Up: Sessions are available for sign-up through Esoft. Make sure to reserve your spot in advance. We’re looking forward to seeing how this new format helps athletes grow and improve this spring! by @totaldiamondperformance
