September was a busy one for Totally Derma®.

A month filled with events, conversations, new audiences and plenty of moments worth looking back on.

HOS brought the practitioner community together, Asiana Bridal Luxe introduced Totally Derma® to a new setting, and the TWIQK Talk podcast opened up another conversation around skin health, collagen and healthy ageing.

Busy month, simple reminder: recovery matters too. 😴

Sleep, rest and consistency all play a role in how we recover, but easier recovery is also about consistency. The small things you keep doing, even when everything else feels chaotic.
