Why did we stop using these? 😔

I originally bought this as a novelty item, but it totally changed how I look at modern packaging. If you hate carrying around a makeup bag and want something more sustainable, hunting down a refillable vintage compact is life changing. It took me a few tries to figure out what to fill it with and how to depot them, but now I’m never going back 🙂‍↔️

I hit the Sunday antique market jackpot 😭 it took some patience, a pair of pliers and lots of wiping down but it was worth it!
