POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Sidenote I’m sorry everyone didn’t get to experience the studio. The footage that you’re seeing is from nights where we were trying to figure out how to make it all work. Thank you to the team for all they did to get the space ready for the community, this won’t be the end. Let’s see what happens next...

DMs were popping last night. We did not open the studio but we did have our team come through to test the floors.

First time seeing the space with the floor down and dancers was such a good feeling.

Still waiting for the next steps…but we are getting closer.

Can’t wait to open!!! Can’t wait to create!

This one almost didn’t get posted.
Part 3.

Building this studio has been exciting, inspiring, exhausting, frustrating, and at times completely overwhelming.

I hit a point where I realized I couldn’t do it ALL. The timelines, the emails, keeping up with friends, fam, the permits, the opening date and life behind the scenes that you don’t see... all of it.

I’m a human not a robot. I can’t control people or time but can focus on how I respond.

So I cried, prayed, got angry, rested, listened, and eventually came to the same conclusion:

Let go.

The mission is still the same.
Create space. Build community.
Have hard conversations. Keep moving forward. Faith over fear.

We’re still on hold, but we’re not done.

Thank you to everyone who has helped carry this vision, whether through encouragement, expertise, a paint brush, a conversation, a prayer, or simply believing in what we’re building.

Let’s see what Part 4 holds.

Part 2.5: The Unexpected Plot Twist 😅

Well… opening a creative studio wasn’t going to be that easy, was it?

Unfortunately, we won’t be opening on our original timeline and all classes are paused until further notice while we work through a few things behind the scenes.

Trust me, nobody is more disappointed than I am, but I’d rather take the time to do things the right way than rush the process.

Emails with more details will be going out soon.

The good news? The vision hasn’t changed. We’re still building, still working, and still moving forward one step at a time.

Thank you for all the support, patience, encouragement, and love you’ve shown throughout this journey. It means more than you know.

Stay tuned for Part 3. ❤️

Part 2 of opening my creative studio in Orlando, FL. 🎨✨

This week was a mix of paint swatches, coffee shops, creative shoots, dancing, bridal makeup, Miami, late nights, laughter, and finally getting paint on the walls.

Honestly… trying to build a dream while still balancing work, classes, clients, travel, and life has stretched me in every direction.

But seeing friends, family, artists, dancers, and community come together to help bring this vision to life has meant everything.

Part 3 coming soon.

If you want to support the studio or be part of the journey, check the link in bio. ✌️

Part 1 of opening a creative studio in Orlando, FL. 🛠️✨

From signing the lease and getting the keys… to demo days, prayers in the empty space, bugs, breakdowns, breakthroughs, and building this vision with family and friends.

This has already stretched me in so many ways, but we’re doing it.

Less than a month until opening. 👀
