DJ OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for DJs to showcase their skills on our lineup for August 21st. We are looking to create space for fresh faces not yet seen on our local club circuit.

To be considered, send us a 30 minute techno mix via DM by August 17th.

We’re committed to building a welcoming dance floor and encourage submissions from people of all genders, sexualities and backgrounds.

Techno only, obviously.

WE ARE BACK FOR OUR ONLY SHOW OF THE YEAR, room 1 hosted by @twisted_frequencies

TOTL members will be joined by @technobrighton DJ’s, where we will give an opportunity for people to submit a 30 minute mix to be in with the chance to win one of a few slots during the night.

The focus of this is to give members of the local community who don’t usually have visibility, a chance to elevate the music community of the city.

More details on this to come

𝑻𝑯𝑨𝑵𝑲 𝒀𝑶𝑼

Friday night was the perfect way to bring our current event series to a close. Thank you everyone who has been a part of this journey, attendees, DJs, creatives, community members, we couldn’t do it without you all.

It’s been a true honour for us to bring this sound to the city, and we couldn’t be more chuffed with how this project has gone so far.

TOTL resident @m.x.dj kicked things off perfectly, setting the tone with a groovy/hypnotic techno set.

Followed by @harlo.wav who took it up a notch, taking us on a journey through groove.

@alymatryx b2b @nion_dj brought their renowned high energy style to get the room bounding and show us exactly why we brought them in.

Closing the night on a high, @jackjeffrey__ delivered an eclectic fast paced set featuring his own productions, finishing the night at a humble 260bpm 🤣

As mentioned, we are going to be taking a break from solo events. We may return for a little crossover here and there, but for now TOTL is going on pause.

We will be back.

TOTL never dies.

Over the last two years we have created a space for the people of Brighton to be immersed in the culture that we love. This has been a true honour and we cannot thank everyone enough for the support and memories.

Running these events, as well as after parties has given us the joy of building not just a community around the music, but a CULT around our connection to each other.

Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this journey, and anyone who has supported us in any way. Just 5 wee guys with a dream of bringing the music we love to this city, and thanks to you all we can now live with the memory of achieving that.

Tomorrow we will have the rest of our TeeOTL CULT shirts on sale, as well as our TOTL chains.

As this is going to be our last solo event for a while we will be selling these as a discounted price, while stocks last.

TEEotl CULT shirt: £15
TOTL chain: 15
Bundle for £20

We can’t wait for tomorrow, and are excited to see you all for a the last dance (for now) of our solo shows.

HARLØW is a dear friend of TOTL and a rock of the Brighton scene, known throughout the city as the nicest and most genuine person we all have the pleasure of knowing. Through building his event series @searchpartybtn he has gone above the parapet for us all and taken the leap to start bringing some of the international techno scenes finest names to showcase these sounds to the city. As well as this he has now started releasing DJ sets and paying support slots for esteemed talented artist and DJ’s such as; Faster Horses, Effy, Franck, Yasmin Gardezi and Lucia Lu.

As a selector his strengths lay in being able to reach across stylistic divides to pursue the sounds that are necessary to create passion and energy.

We can’t wait for this one.

Our last event was so much funnnn.

Can’t wait to see you all again November 7th 🖤

We didn’t manage to get any clips of a sublime opening hour by @mdtk.techno_ but trust us it was perfection.

Thank you @moxon__official for making the trip down for Birmingham to share with us an hour of bouncy high energy tunes.

And ofc thank course thank you to local queens @lebby_leb_ and @dj_acidcarbon for supplying us with (unsurprisingly) two hours of hard dance perfection.

Tickets for our next event go live at 5pm (link in bio)
