I’ve survived things that could’ve broken me. I’ve wiped my own tears, picked myself back up, and kept moving when nobody knew I was struggling.

But let me make one thing clear…

Just because I’m strong doesn’t mean I don’t get tired.
Just because I smile doesn’t mean I’m not hurting.
Just because I handle my own doesn’t mean I don’t need somebody to show up for me.
And just because I survived it doesn’t mean it didn’t change me.

My strength is not an invitation to take me for granted.
