The wait is over — we’re shaking off the winter chill and charging full speed into the 2nd edition of Tour de Hvar, which will be held from 01.- 03.05.2026. 😎

Mark your calendars — Tour de Hvar 2027 will take place from 14–16 May 2027! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️
Get ready for another unforgettable weekend filled with spectacular trails, breathtaking views, the unique atmosphere of Hvar, and memories that will stay with you long after the finish line.

Registrations will be opening soon, so stay tuned and be ready to secure your spot for the next Tour de Hvar adventure.

Summer officially kicked off 🏖 Another great weekend on the mesmerizing island of Hvar ❣️

We did 5 races as part of the @tourdehvar and we would have loved to squeeze one more in if it were physically possible 😅
It all strated with Kids race on friday 🧸 followed by the Sunset vertical run 🌅 and it was a stunning sunset as you would expect from the sunniest island in Europe 🗺

The next day I did the Marathon, a very hard race for me. Basically three totally different races one after the other. It starts with fast very runnable rolling 10k through picturesque old inland villages 🏘 followed by a 10k mountainous technical part that has most of races elevation in it 〽️ When that combo sucks all the life out of your legs (and 🫁) there is still a deceivingly flat half marathon waiting for you by the shoreline 🌊 If you want to test your allroundness this is the race to do ✅️
The field was again stacked and I found out that one thing that's great when you don't make the podium is that you can go to the apartment right away and take a well deserved nap without waiting for the awards ceremony 😅

That evening we, yes, together with the kids, crashed the great wine tasting by @vina_caric 🍷🧀 Hvar, together with Pelješac, has the best red wines in the country, but Hvar has the edge when it comes to the white wines ☝️

On sunday we moved to unique Stari Grad and mommy @drinka_eur won 🥇 the Explorer 15k race (somebody in the family has to uphold our reputation 🫣) and right after me and the kids joined her to Run 4 wine (@bojangrbich i see what you did there 4 = For 😉) We were too slow to try out all the "pit-stops", too many potty breaks 🤪 Something to train for the next year 🤭
We also have to find a way to somehow do the Coast to coast race. Grannies be warned... 💩
