Betting on myself wasn’t just about taking a risk—it was about committing to the process even when I had no idea how it would turn out.

When I first started apartment locating, I told my roommate, ‘Give me three months to figure this out.’ I didn’t know if it would work, but I knew I had to try. He had my back, helping me cover rent and bills during that stretch, and I made him a promise—if this worked, I’d bring him along.

Now, nearly five years later, we’re still building together.

Success isn’t always tied to a degree. For me, it came from finding something I could take pride in—something that pushed me, sustained me, and proved that taking that leap was worth it.

Tap in to hear how I made it happen! 🎙️🔥 by @tourwithtez

📍The Denver apartment market is HOT right now.. and not just from the summer sun. Tons of buildings across the metro are offering major specials, with an average of 6 weeks free rent floating around 👀🔥 Whether you’re hunting for a new place or planning for a future move, there are some serious deals on the table.

My service is 100% free (yep, always), and I specialize in helping people find the best apartments and locking in the best deals. If you or someone you know is planning a move within the next 75 days, hit me up and let’s make it smooth.

💰💰💰And for June: I’m paying $150 CASH for every referral that ends in a move-in! Just connect me with someone looking for a place, and I’ll take care of the rest (payment sent once move-in is verified). Let’s get it!
