We are quite worried because some of the hives are dry or quiet. We believe it is caused by the amount of hives in such a small area, as there are 3 apiaries in close proximity, and there may not be enough for all of them to feed properly. We are considering merging our hives for strength. || #bees #beekeeping #flowers by @toustekk

Turns out we need to wait a little more before gathering honey. We hope they get to work soon because a few tops were empty, but it's most likely because of the week of rain and constant cold after harsh warmth. || #bees #beekeeping #honeybees by @toustekk

It looks violent but it is a necessary process. The first photo is from a different hive. The mother looks small but she's very strong, and she was in the process of laying eggs. || #bees #beekeeping by @toustekk
