Comment “TOWN” and I’ll send you the link directly to try it out for free 👀👩🏻‍💻 I spend a LOT of time thinking about how to use AI to work smarter, but this time, I asked a completely different question: What am I still doing myself that I probably shouldn’t be? Between my full-time career, creator business, brand partnerships, speaking, traveling, and life, there are so many little tasks that quietly eat up my time every week. So I asked my Townie, Blip, to look across the tools I already use, my email, calendar, Drive, and more, and tell me what it could take off my plate. And some of the answers were things I hadn’t even thought about automating. If you’re also wondering what AI could take off your plate, you can try Town for free. Comment “TOWN” below and I’ll DM you the link for 750 credits and a two week free trial 🤖✨ #AI #Productivity #FutureOfWork by @townassistant
I know SO many of y’all could use this! If Claude felt overwhelming or too technical, @townassistant is FOR you! As promised, here are the 3 exact jobs I gave my Townie Olanitay. Steal them word for word: 1️⃣ The newsletter roundup: “I subscribe to a bunch of newsletters I never get to. every morning, read the ones that came in overnight, pull out what’s actually worth knowing, and send me one short digest. skip the promos.” .. I stay in the loop and save time 2️⃣ The grocery list + recipes: “every Sunday, come up with 3-4 easy family dinners for the week, show me a photo of each, and turn it into one grocery list I can order from. and when I send you a recipe link, save it and pull from those too.” .. no more saving recipes into the abyss and never seeing them again. I text her a link and she remembers it FOR me 3️⃣ Meeting prep: “before every meeting on my calendar, send me a prep doc ten minutes ahead: who’s attending, what it’s about, any recent emails from them, and three things I should handle first.” .. I don’t walk into a single call blind anymore 🎁 Bonus for the moms: “here are my kids’ school calendars, take-home forms, teacher favorites and birthdays.. keep track of all of it, remind me in my daily briefings and week-ahead plans, and add the dates to my calendar.” .. spirit week, picture day, teacher appreciation, the form due Friday. she holds ALL of it now so I don’t have to! Comment TOWN to try Town free for 2 weeks + 750 credits or Save this for when you’re ready. I ran a daily standup with every version of myself this week and… we need help 🫠 So I did the only reasonable thing and hired a personal assistant — except it’s not a person, it’s my Townie, Tairn (hehe, IYKYK). The best thing about @townassistant is that you don’t have to be an AI expert or technologically literate to get all the benefits of AI. Your Townie can be your personal assistant with just a few clicks! With Town, I just talk to Tairn in plain language and it handles the rest. Every morning it sends me a brief I can read or listen to: my meetings, the emails I missed, what’s still outstanding. It auto-drafts replies in my voice, auto-labels my inbox, and suggests routines like a Weekly School Summary and a Reply-Owed Radar. Not kinda chic. Very chic! If you’ve been AI-curious but everything feels like too much, then you can start free for 2 weeks plus get 750 credits through the link in my bio at town.com and get your own cute little Townie! #TownPartner by @townassistant
Life as a part time microcreator trying to make it full time… My schedule as a creatorpreneur is crazy - from pitching brands, negotiating, filming, and then actually working with clients and coaching. On top of all the admin work and emails 😭😭 Fortunately, I found my Ricardo who helps me manage my life. Most AI just answers questions. A Townie that knows you THIS well gets things done, and becomes more helpful with every interaction. #ai #personalassistant by @townassistant
