Healthcare organizations & businesses require different levels of marketing support at different stages.

Some need strategic evaluation and executive guidance.
Some need consistent supplemental presence.
Some need full management and engagement.
Others need focused project or event support.

Town Hall Marketing works alongside healthcare leaders, rural hospitals, nonprofits, and provider-owned practices to strengthen visibility, trust, and community alignment.

Support can be flexible.
Strategy will always be intentional.

If your organization is evaluating how to strengthen its presence this year, I am always open to a conversation.

Start here if we haven’t met yet 👋

I’m Aubrey — former nurse, Navy veteran, and now social media marketing strategist.

I went from 16 years at the bedside to building a business that helps healthcare organizations, real estate professionals, and local businesses show up online with clarity and consistency.

Healthcare, Homes, & Hometown Love!

This is my journey, and why I love the work I do today. Thanks for being here — I’d love to hear about what you do, too!

The pumpkin patch: my favorite fall tradition! 🎃 I was sad to think that we would have to go without Bella this year, but we made it happen this week!

The tradition lives on for one more season. It makes my heart happy to a) have them all together and b) to go the pumpkin patch! Such fun memories over the years!!

We can build the strategy, write the content, create the graphics, watch what’s happening in your industry, and make sure your organization consistently shows up.

But the best marketing partnerships give me something else:
Access.

They send the photo someone snapped at the board meeting.
They tell me about the member doing something incredible.
They invite me to team meetings.
Someone texts me from a conference and says, “You should probably know about this.”
Leadership shares what they’re hearing and what matters right now.

The organizations that do this give me something I can’t create on my own: a real view into who they are.

And you can tell the difference.

The content feels more human. More specific. More timely. More like the organization and the people behind it.

Hiring someone to help with your marketing shouldn’t mean your team completely checks out of the process.

We’ll do the heavy lifting.

But the best work happens when you let us in!

One misconception about social media management?

That once we take over your account, you have to hand us the keys and never touch it again.

That is not the case at all!

If you're at an event and want to share something, share it.
If someone on your team takes a great photo, post it.
If you have something you want to say, say it.

My job isn't to keep you off your social media.

It's to make sure your social media doesn't rely on you having the time to remember it.

I keep the strategy, content, and consistency moving in the background.

You show up when you want to.
I make sure you show up when you don't.

Yesterday I said they might not need you today, but they might six months from now. So how do you make sure they remember you?

You keep showing up. Not constantly. Not everywhere. And not just when you have something to sell.

Be useful. Be recognizable. Let people get to know the humans behind the business. Remind them what you do.

Familiarity takes time.

But when the need finally comes, being the business they already know and trust is a great place to be.

Not every post is supposed to generate a lead today.

Sometimes the job is to just become familiar enough that when they do need what you offer, they already know who to call.

Your visibility matters long before the sale.

Good healthcare content doesn’t have to be complicated.
It just has to be useful and human.

The question you answer every day.
The employee everyone loves.
The thing you do differently.
The customer who keeps coming back.
The work nobody sees.

The stories you didn’t think were worth telling.

You don’t always need more content. You just need to notice what’s already worth talking about.

Owning a business has taught me that it takes a lot of small things, done consistently, that makes everything work.

Answer answering the email.
Following up.
Showing up when you said you would.
Doing good work when nobody’s watching
Learning from the things that didn’t work.
Trying and trying again.
And continuing to tell people what I do, even when I’ve said it 100 times already!

Not always glamorous. But I’m increasingly convinced that consistency is one of the most underrated business strategies there is.

I was shopping with my daughter, found a pair of shoes I wanted, tried them on, and headed to the register. Total: about $200.

At checkout, I saw a QR code offering a 10% veterans discount. I scanned it, went through ID.me, and after three attempts, couldn't get this particular store's link to work.

I could verify my veteran status directly through ID.me. I also had two forms of veteran ID with me. Neither would work.

The employee explained that if he gave me the discount without using the QR code, he could be fired.

I certainly wasn't going to put him in that position. But $20 is $20. I'm frugal.

So I walked away.

And that's the part that stuck with me.

They had the right product. I liked it. I had made the decision to buy. I was literally standing at the register with my wallet open.

Then the process got in the way.

We spend so much time figuring out how to get people's attention and convince them to buy.

But what happens after they say yes?

Sometimes the best thing you can do for your marketing isn't another campaign.

It's finding the friction in the customer journey and removing it. by @townhallmarketing

I don’t care how big or how small your organization/business is. You have a story to tell and you’re making an impact.

But online? You’d barely know it.

Small team doesn’t mean small impact.
Small town doesn’t mean small story.
And limited marketing resources shouldn’t mean being invisible.

The work you’re doing everyday is already worth talking about. Sometimes you just need someone to help tell the story. by @townhallmarketing
