Now if someone asks… I will be honest about my experience at a business, but I don’t participate in tearing down businesses. However a lot of business owners don’t understand that responding to the feedback of those who spend their money (or want to spend their money) with you is THE BEST THING YOU CAN DO. If you don’t have time for it…MAKE TIME FOR IT! And how you respond matters. I get hung up on or talked to crazy A LOT. And while I love what I do and who I do it for…I’m not begging YOU, for me to bring a shuttle full of paying customers to your door. Many months we get over 200,000 visitors to the Town Social page ..I’m not telling not one of them ppl about your business if you don’t understand the basic tenants of service, quality, and reciprocity.

You have to invest in the betterment of your business. Customer service training, market research, paying for content, community outreach. You can’t just expect ppl to support because you’re there. Especially in this climate of over-saturation, inflation, and recession.

We go where we’re loved! And where I can ensure the high caliber clientele I serve (our members) will be treated well, because they HAPPILY SPEND when it’s earned.
