5. HOW DOES SELF CHECK-IN WORK?

Self Check-In gives you a simple way to reflect on your creative progress, personal development, and experience throughout your program.

How it works:
1 – Register online to participate in the self check-in before beginning your program
2 – Receive one email each week with six short questions
3 – Take approximately 5–10 minutes to reflect and submit your responses
4 – Answer the same questions each week and observe how your thoughts and creative process change over time
5 – At the end of your 12-month program, receive a personalised evaluation report based on your self check-in responses

Zoom discussions are available from January 2027 to students aged 18 and over.

Book a Zoom discussion to ask questions, explore ideas, and discuss your Topic and Task before beginning your artwork. Study your program in any order by matching your chosen topic to an available Zoom discussion on the calendar on our website.

How it works:
1 – Purchase your program
2 – View the zoom calendar and choose your discussion topic
3 – Read the topic, task, and helpful hints & approaches sections before attending
4 – Complete the booking form online to secure your spot
5 – Receive your zoom link by email before the session
6 – Join the discussion, then begin working on your creative task

Think of the Zoom discussion as a creative book club meeting. You read the topic, think about it, reflect, discuss your thoughts and ideas with others, and then create artwork at your own pace after the session.
