It wasn’t just one of them. It was both.

Anna publicly commented, “Oh that’s an orangutan sperm,” about an innocent biracial child. Then Pelayo Rico repeated the same racist insult in a dm.

This wasn’t a misunderstanding or a one-time slip. The screenshots speak for themselves. When both people are comfortable using the same racist language, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated incident.

Racism has no place in our communities, and it should never be excused.

I have covered the child’s face for the kid’s sake.

This is what Anna (anna_bannananas) chose to say about an innocent biracial child: “Oh that’s an orangutan sperm.”

Let that sink in. This wasn’t a joke, it was a racist comment directed at a child because of their race. This is exactly why people say racism still exists. Behind the curated Instagram feeds and influencer image, some people choose to spread hate instead of kindness. Racism has no place in our communities, and it should never be ignored or excused. Hold people accountable for the words they choose to put into the world.
