POSTS STORIES REELS

I’ve been trying to put this story into words for a while, but I’m finally ready to share it.

Over 30 years ago, I got bit by a tick. I had no idea it would take three decades to understand what that meant for my body.

For years I dealt with monthly migraines, muscle tightness, exercise intolerance, terrible herx reactions with every detox protocol that doctors chalked up to hormones. It got worse over time. After I finished nursing my babies, I got breast implants, and slowly I got sicker. I believed the implants made me sick, and I think to some degree they did, but looking back, I think my immune system had already been fighting for years before that.

I had them removed after 10 years. I felt a little better, but I was still sick. For the next 7 years I spent over $10k a year trying to detox and heal. Supplement after supplement. Protocol after protocol.

It wasn’t until a few months ago that I finally found out what had been underlying all of it: Lyme disease, Bartonella, MCAS, Candida, EBV and mold illness.

Since starting products that heal at a cellular level, I’ve only had two bad days. For years, I was lucky to have 7 good or okay days a month.

If you’re still in the chasing-answers part of this journey, I see you. I hope my story gives you some hope. Follow along, I’ll be sharing more here, including what’s actually helping me heal 🤍

If you’re dealing with Lyme, mold, Bartonella, MCAS, autoimmune or any of the chronic illness alphabet soup, I see you.

l’ve spent 7 years and thousands of dollars chasing every wellness fix that promised to help. Something would work for a little while, then I’d crash again. Hopeful, then disappointed. Over and over.

This is the first thing I do every single morning now, before my coffee, before my makeup, before anything else. It’s part of what finally started moving the needle for me after years of feeling stuck.

If you’re in the thick of it and searching for anything that might help, I get it. I was you. Ask me what this is, I’II tell you everything.

I researched this for a year and a half… and it’s not just about the insane before & after stories.

It’s the science. The energy shifts. The way people are talking about calm focus, deeper sleep, fewer crashes, and actual cellular healing.

I’ve been watching closely.
Reading. Learning.
My curiosity is finally got the best of me.

Do you ever feel like something keeps popping up for a reason?

If you’re someone who’s into nervous system health, hormones, stress support, or just feeling like you again…
You’re going to want to keep watching.

Comment ME and I’ll send you info.

Is November for Fall or Christmas decor? by @toxinfreewithtracee

What am I missing? by @toxinfreewithtracee

I used to think “clean beauty” was just another trend.

Then my health journey changed the way I looked at EVERYTHING — including what I put on my skin.

I started paying attention to ingredients, questioning what I’d always considered normal, and being more intentional about the products I use every day.

And you don’t have to just take my word for it! 🙌🏼

📱 Apps like EWG Healthy Living and Yuka can help you scan products and explore ingredient safety ratings. I always encourage doing your own research, too, because a score doesn’t tell the whole story.

I’m not here to tell you to throw out your entire bathroom cabinet overnight. 😂

I’m here to help make safer swaps feel simple, practical, and actually doable.

Want to know which products I personally use and love? 🤍

At this point, my love language is sending an unhinged reel. 😂

Some days we’re thriving. Some days we’re one minor inconvenience away from checking ourselves into a spa and never returning.

And some days we’re dealing with hormones, chronic illness or whatever fresh hell midlife has planned for us…

…but DAMMIT, we’re still funny. ☠️😂

If I send you unhinged reels, just know I love you.

And if I stop sending them?

Maybe check on your girl. 🤣

Part two-the emotional history of my healing journey.

Again, I choose not to be a victim of my past but awareness can only help in the healing process.

Part 1- No one gets through this life without a little or a lot of trauma. Let me be clear, I am not a victim. I will never speak that over myself. Words are very impactful and how you speak to yourself is important.

This is my history of physical illness. Just one of the pillars of health.

Should I share more from the other pillars like emotional and spiritual trauma?

But for real…

What if healing isn’t about finding ONE thing that magically fixes everything… but about giving your body the time, support, and tools it needs? 🤍

Look at that water. You don’t pour clean water in once and expect everything to change instantly. It takes time for the cloudy water to clear.

And sometimes, our bodies need that same patience. 🌿

For YEARS, I felt terrible. Migraines, inflammation, exercise intolerance, brain fog… and a whole lot of frustration trying to figure out WHY I felt so bad.

I tried so many things. I questioned myself. I kept searching for answers.

And eventually, I started exploring a different approach to my wellness journey — looking beyond symptoms, learning more about cellular health, working on my nervous system, and incorporating frequency-based products and other supportive tools into my routine.

I’m not here to tell you I’ve found a magic cure or that one product is responsible for every change I’ve experienced. Healing is so much more complicated than that.

But I am here to tell you that I wish I’d been more open to exploring different approaches sooner.

Because sometimes the things that change your perspective the most are the things you never knew to look into. 👀

The people whose before-and-afters you’re seeing here each have their own stories, their own experiences, and their own journeys. And while no two healing journeys look the same, one thing is worth remembering:

Just because you aren’t seeing the change you want today doesn’t mean you should stop looking for answers.

Give yourself grace. Stay curious. Keep learning. Find the support that makes sense for YOU.

If you’ve been watching my journey and wondering what these frequency products are all about, I’m happy to share what I’ve been exploring and why I started using them.

👇 Comment FREQUENCY and let’s talk. No pressure. Just sharing what I’m learning along the way. 🤍
