There’s always another level to reach.. No time to get comfortable by @tp3skills

Appreciate my dog for believing in me. Blessed to be a tiny part of the journey. There’s nothing that fuels me more than using this game to inspire players at every level. Just getting started.

Appreciate the love @ejsmitty17 @phillyinquirer 🖤

Don’t be labeled to receiver with tight hips.

Three drills to fix that:

Incline bench pigeon pulses. Stretches and strengthens the outer glute at the same time.

Seated dumbbell good mornings. Builds hip hinge strength through the hamstrings, glutes and the rest of the posterior chain. Seated, you also train hip flexion mobility and low back control from a stable position.

Rower machine adductor stretch. One knee on the seat, other leg out wide. Opens up and works the adductors.

Receivers, use these three exercises so you’re not labeled a receiver with tight hips.

North Jersey players, off-season training starts in December. DM “OFF-SEASON” to get started with me. by @tp3skills

Much love to my guy @calvinaustiniii coming out to practice to say what’s up to our @sppfootball wideouts and DBs!

No better role model for the guys to hear from than Calvin and his journey speaks for itself. We appreciate your time bro 🤞🏼🏴‍☠️ by @tp3skills

Pulled my adductor in the middle of the offseason, worst timing ever smh

Here’s how it happened. Had a week-long training stretch, flew home to see the parents, then flew back and got off the plane. Slept 4 hours, woke up and did an hour-long boxing workout. Probably super dehydrated, didn’t eat anything, then went straight into a hill workout. Then this happened

And I was slammed with clients right in the middle of the offseason and I take a lot of pride in being able to move and be active in my clients workouts, so I couldn’t afford to be out.

Here are 3 exercises I used that helped get me back in less than 2 weeks:

- Side-lying adduction
- Copenhagen plank lifts
- Single-leg adductor bridge by @tp3skills
