Mine and @tpep45's world was changed and a million prayers were answered FIVE years ago today. Our Selah Rae was born and the Lord blessed us so. She is kind, thoughtful, silly, smart, and joyful. She loves Jesus, her family and friends, the park, church, school, the zoo, pink, princesses, purses, working out and "getting strong" with mom and dad in the basement. ☺️

Man, we thank God every day for our Selah girl, and it's the joy of our lives getting to watch her grow into the little girl God created her to be. 🩷 by @tpep45

2nd Hyrox in the books, 1st Pro Men’s solo ✅

Put a lot of hard work into this race. It was fun getting first place over elite Hyrox athletes in Wall Balls (and going unbroken). I improved where I wanted to from last time. Now it’s time to see just how well I can do. Gotta get better at running……..🫠 Time to train for the next one 💪🏼

Had a blast during #serveday2025 #churchofthehighlands pressure washing. Glad @ironcity_powerwashing is able to bless its communities with its service. Today we blessed Berry Middle School by helping clean the sidewalks. It was a blessing to have Selah help me out for her first time pressure washing. She’s never been able to witness how her dad provides financially for the family.
