It’s not easy putting myself out there like this… especially with no makeup. If I’m being honest, most of us don’t love facing ourselves like that.

But I do believe in authenticity 🤍 so I’m sharing my real skin journey with you.

Many of you know I did a full-face moderate setting CO2—and I healed beautifully. Now I’m focusing on those stubborn lip lines and my neck (because… they don’t lie 😅).

Here’s what I’ve been doing to maintain and improve my skin:

✨ VI Peel (once yearly)
✨ Medical-grade skincare (non-negotiable)
✨ RF microneedling (2x/year)
✨ Sofwave (2x/year)
✨ CO2 laser
✨ Neuromodulators (face + platysmal bands)

My spirit? She’s still 30-ish 💫
And I’m doing this for me—not anyone else. Because when I look better, I feel better.

Who’s with me? 🤍

Okay, story time 🤍
This beauty came in wanting a little more firmness through her lower face + neck. We decided to do Sofwave — and this is her immediate result 👏

No downtime, no filler, no surgery — just collagen stimulation that will continue improving over the next 3 months.

I love treatments that give subtle, natural changes that just keep getting better ✨
