PROPERTY #2!!! Here’s how it happened 👇

To be fully transparent, I did not buy this property with my money. My beautiful, bada$$ girlfriend did.

But we’re embarking on this journey together, and it’s gonna be a hefty one. We’re changing the entire flow of the house, redoing all mechanical systems, and adding so many aesthetic touches to make it our dream home.

Indianapolis >>> when it comes to affordability. There’s a lot of nuance there, but objectively Indy offers a much lower starting point than many other metro areas.
