Happy Birthday to my silly, sweet, creative, compassionate, one-in-a-million best friend and boyfriend!!!! If you’ve been lucky enough to meet him, you know what an absolute delight he is. Never taking himself too seriously, always looking out for the people he loves and constantly seeking opportunities to be helpful and supportive. Despite how much he’s grown (or rather shrunk 🤩) and changed over the years, that’s always been who he is to his core.

It has been one of the greatest joys of my life to watch you step into the unapologetically BAD.ASS man you’ve become, my love. Through all the seasons of your transformation, one thing has remained constant: my absolute awe that the universe blessed me with such a perfect companion to move through life with.

Never change the things that make you PJ. There is no one like you and there never will be again. 🤘🏼😜❤️‍🔥 by @tracebook44

Another peek into my storyboarding process on “Witch, Please,” a “Huluween” short film I made in 2021 (before “The Substance,” but, who’s counting? 🙃)

This was the most important scene in the film. The concept was, “What if a magic potion could make you beautiful, but you had to endure all the pain that comes with it?” I wanted to put a spin on the classic werewolf transformation, but in the style of instant plastic surgery, exploring themes of beauty standards and what we go through to achieve them.

Props to my insanely talented actress @pipstagrram and the SFX wizard @nelsoncooper33 as well as VFX team XReality @secuoyastudios for helping bring my body horror dreams to life 🤩

“Witch, Please” is available on @hulu’s Bite Size Halloween anthology series. Season 2, Episode 17.
