Thank you for having us @tillatec !😻

We had such a blast serving our fermented sodas, cold brew, coffee, cookies, and cakes to the market and party goers at THE iconic ams club 🤩💚

It was so lovely to chat to everyone as well as others on their stalls and those working at the club and discuss all things fermentation related 💬

Grape Kefir
House-made water kefir, grape cheong (using grapes that were grown here in Amsterdam!)

Traces is heading down to @tillatec this Saturday for the Tilla Market ✨

We were so gutted to hear that Tilla will be closing its doors in November as it’s been our go to place for many parties over the years 💗 (we already have our tickets for the closing weekend!)

So we were super excited to seize this opportunity to take Traces on a little road trip to Tilla and serve some exciting drinks and food for all the market folk and party people.

Everything will, as usual, be centred around seasonal and local ingredients, slow ways of making, and with a portion of our profits going to De Regenboog Groep, to support vulnerable people in Amsterdam.

More info to come over the next few days on the menu we’ve been dreaming up for yous 👀

Huge thank you to everyone that joined us for the first Traces event - including old friends and new 🥰 We are so grateful that you all chose to spend your Saturday with us 😻

Thank you to @fabus_amsterdam for being such wonderful and supportive hosts, love you lots♥️

And thank you to @deregenbooggroep for partnering with us to raise money for their important cause! 💚

The sun came out, the vibe was popping, lots of money was raised - this is what community feels like! 🥳

We are going to spend a little bit of time recovering but stay tuned, we’ve got lots of plans in the pipeline 🤭

We couldn’t have an NL Pop-up without featuring iconic seasonal and field grown Dutch rhubarb!

We fermented it into a Cheong for the sodas, and pureed it into a compote for the cake - so we can keep enjoying rhubarb now that its’ harvest is just about over.
