TRACE TV: The lit, the loose and the legendary 📺

A crazy idea, a creative loose cannon and a camera bringing you skits, stories, songs, and a shitload of creative shenanigans each week.

A huge vision I have been patiently playing with and slowly bringing to life over the past 9 months, and we are officially kicking off the Trace TV fun October 30 on YouTube 🍿

You can search Trace TV on YouTube to subscribe now ahead of premiere week 🙏🏼

I’d love to see you over there, and can’t wait to bring you the most iconic characters and episodes.

I apologise in advance for how unhinged things are about to become, narttttttt. You’re fucking welcome world.

Let’s do this 📺

Plot twist: You’re allowed to have FUN while you’re evolving 😎💃

You can be deeply devoted to your inner work AND be an absolute goose with your bestie.

You can contemplate the mysteries of the universe AND laugh until you pee yourself.

You can be on a path of awakening AND wear a ridiculous wig in public. 😂

Because the whole point of this journey isn’t to become some perfectly polished, permanently peaceful, enlightened biatch with a stick up her bum.

It’s to become more fully YOU.

More free. More alive. More present. More in LOVE with this wild, messy, beautiful human experience.

And sometimes that looks like deep contemplation, uncomfortable truths and profound transformation.

And sometimes it looks like two absolute idiots walking down the street in wigs. 😂

Don’t get so caught up in becoming that you forget to enjoy BEING.

Life is happening right now, my friends.

And it’s here to be LIVED. ❤️

Tag the person you can be your most gloriously ridiculous self with. 👯‍♀️ by @tracey__spencer
