We celebrated Kenzie and all the Seniors on the Scappoose High School XC team yesterday and it was a very special day! Most of the family was there to celebrate Kenzie and of course in all the happings of the day we forgot to get a family picture. 😭 But thank you to the Grandparents and Auntie Julia for making it! David and I both ran in the Community Running Event which was my first 5K that I’ve done in years! Sammy ran at the Willamette University XC meet (had a 36 second improvement over last year’s time and another PR!). Her boyfriend drove from ID to support her and make sure she could be a Kenzie’s race! The Scappoose girls took 1st place and ran incredible in the heat! Overall, I’d say it was a perfect day! Love you Kenzie and can’t wait to see what your future holds!

Last 1st home game…😭 and what a game it was! We played The Dalles in a rematch of last year’s Semifinal game and finished 0-0. I may be biased but I really feel we were the better team! Great job ladies!!! And so proud of you @mckenziee.heimbuckk 🔥⚽️🔥 by @traceyheimbuck

Senior Sunday Post…
School hasn’t started yet but Kenzie’s senior year is off to a busy start this week! Senior parking spot decorating, media day, soccer jamboree, cross country meet and practices were mixed in there somewhere! 🤪 But what a fun week and so looking forward to this year!
