I absolutely love being in the countryside… it’s so peaceful and there is nothing but beauty around you! I also love being by the sea and I’m lucky enough to have both very close to where we live 😍 by @tracipelling_

I CAN’T DO IT! Not words in my vocabulary I’m afraid! Since starting to get my weight off I’ve really wanted to exercise to keep myself strong 💪🏻 Unfortunately I have to be really careful as I have restricted movement in my right arm and 3 non uniformed fractures that give me a lot of pain in my foot and ankle as well as tendonopathy in my main ligament and now an issue with my hip due to compensating weight! I’ve been waiting for surgery for over 12 months 😩 I tried dance yesterday but it was too much 😔 So today I did 20 minutes of Tai Chi and it was soooo good 😍 (thank you mum)! I won’t be a victim to my injuries and I WILL get back to the young fit healthy woman I once was 💃 Just watch me 🙌🏻🥰 by @tracipelling_
